Address Signs
Adress Signs are available for free to Pine Valley and Guatay residents and are available for purchase for $30. Click Address Signs for the order form.
The signs meet the County of San Diego Consolidated Fire code and are made of either blue or green metal with four inch white reflective numbers that can be seen at night, in fog or when there is smoke. The blue placard should be ordered when your property has a 4” stand pipe and a 5,000 gallon or larger functioning water tank; the blue sign informs the fire department there is a water source available for fire trucks.
The green sign is used when there is no water source available on the property. The placard should be placed at the street or roadway fronting the property and is visible from either direction of approach.
If you are approved for a Sunrise Powerlink Fire Mitigation grant, the property must meet County address marking standards.
